After submitting the online application form/ resume and your teaching demo, it takes 2~3 days to process. The evaluation result will be sent via e-mail.

However, it's advised to apply after few months or gain more teaching experience.

For non-native speakers, you need to hold language certificates in order to teach these languages listed below:
English, Japanese, Korean, German, French, and Spanish.
For native speakers, no language certificates required as long as you have teaching experience.
To teach Mandarin, teaching certificates are required.
Yes, you can apply as an undergraduate student. It is a plus if you have related teaching experience.
The working hour is totally up to you!
You will be the one plot your own schedule, in another word, you are the one decide your working hours.
No, there is no minimum working hour required. However, it's advised to provide at least 20 hours per month for student to book class.
The peak hour will be 18:00~23:00 (Taiwan Standard Time) on weekdays and whole day on the weekend.
No, the class time is according to Taiwan Standard Time. (GMT+8)
Yes, you are the one plot your own time slots. As long as you are available to conduct the lesson at that hour, you may plot it.
Yes, there aren’t holidays for online teaching. You provide the hours which you are available to take on bookings.
Since it's an online teaching position, the following items are required:

3. Headsets (microphone attached)
4. Webcam (Optional)

No, it's not allowed. According to our policy, teachers need to use computers or laptops to conduct online lessons.

Yes, teachers are required to use materials for lessons as we provide, and may use your own supplementary materials if needed.
Yes, we do provide training, a System Training. It will be conducted via videos which you can watch at home.
The training includes introducing booking system, class procedure, and company policy...etc.
Basically everything that will help you to get ready to work at home independently.
The System Training takes 1-2 hours.
The system training will be in Video format, you can easily complete it online at home by following instructions and schedule.
No need to come to the office or any hassle.
Once you complete the System Training, your account will be activated and your time slot will be open for student to book.
Most of our students are Taiwanese, some of them are Chinese. Age from 7 ~70 years old. However, the age does not necessarily indicate their language level.
Some of them are here to learn new languages due to job request, some of them simply learn for personal interests.
Lessons will be conducted online and it's one-on-one lesson. We will provide you the system orientation.
There are 2 types of lessons, 50 minutes and 25 minutes.
It's one-on-one lesson, so teachers will meet only one student in one class.
Of course not! We encourage teachers to have your own styles as long as it is appropriate and benefit for student's learning progress.
Once you complete the training and pass it. You will be launched officially and ready to work.
If you encounter any situations which might cause you fail to attend classes, you have to contact the office or HR Management for further assistance.
